I am very pleased to inform you that Michael Starer's function within the company has been expanded and he has agreed to take on the position of Sr. VP and General Manager EZConnect. The change is effective as of today and is a part of the continued process design to reshape our business model into a profitable and successful venture. Michael's responsibility will include management and oversight of the entire EZConnect product lifecycle including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Service and the Operations. Initially EZConnect will be a profit center and part of the EZUniverse structure and in the future will transform to new self-sufficient independent entity owned by EZUniverse and investment partner. As long as EZConnect will remain to be a profit center for EZUniverse, Mr. Michael Starer will continue to report to EZUniverse's CEO.
